Your property, your guests. We do not withhold the valuable information we collect from your guests. If you choose to part ways with us, you get to take all of your previous guests with you so you can continue to market to them.

Just like any other business, you can have the best product, but without marketing, you’ll have trouble selling it. For owners who would like to budget for digital marketing, we help them run Facebook/Instagram ads as well as email marketing. It’s all included into our service agreement – no extra costs!

Each one of our owners has access to their own account and unique owner portal, which gives full visibility to their property’s calendar in real-time as well as having the ability to run any type of financial reporting such as gross revenue, average daily rate, booking details, and much more.

Unlike a property management company, we do not receive nor manage any of the income generated with our owner’s property. Every single penny is distributed directly into each owner’s bank account and at the end of the month, you will only be invoiced for the management fee and any relevant expenses reimbursements.

We get it, keeping your books clean well in advance of tax season is vital, but tedious. We do basic bookkeeping for all of our owners on all the expenses we manage. We can even connect you with the bookkeeper on our team to help guide, train, or manage your bookkeeping on all the other expenses related to your business that isn’t under our management.

We provide a comprehensive report of your property on a monthly basis. Since we’re very data-driven, you will receive many different stats that allow you to understand and follow along with the performance of your property. What is the average daily rate? Or how many nights were booked for the month? Or the month-to-month trend on gross revenue? This is just to name a few – it’s all in our monthly summary report!

Design is one of, if not the most important aspect of a property’s success. With our access to industry discounts ranging between 20-50% on furnishings with major brands (133 and counting) such as Wayfair, West Elm, Pottery Barn, and Public Goods to name a few, you don’t need to break the bank to achieve a desirable property that captures the attention of prospective guests.
