We provide full-service cohosting, from setting up your listing with all the tools and software to fully managing all bookings, guests, vendors, issue resolutions, dynamic pricing, digital marketing, and more! We do mean it when we say full-service. As an owner, you do not have to lift a finger; we’ll take care of it all! You leave your little egg in our nest, and we’ll give it all the attention and love it deserves to thrive as a successful business!
At the request of other self-managing hosts, we have also started to offer a temporary cohost service where we jump right into the action and 100% cover you while you’re on vacation, away for a few days without any cellular or wifi service, or need to step away for a bit to recharge.
Did we tell you that we’re a fully remote cohosting company? No matter where your property is, we have the extensive experience to quickly form a solid team to support the property’s success if it’s in a market we’re currently not in. There is no borderline when it comes to our services. Of course, just as much as you will assess how well we are fit for you, we’ll do the same. We can’t wait to chat with you!
Nope! There are no strings attached to our cohosting services. We let our performance and results do the talking. We’d like to ask you to give us a 60-day notice so we can offboard everything to you seamlessly. Your success is our priority, so even when it comes to parting ways, we want to do it correctly.

We do market research for the property type, location, amenities, and competing listings and use dynamic pricing software to optimize further the revenue potential your property should generate. We look at and tweak pricing every single day as it’s crucial in this ever-changing environment we’re in.
Our management fee is catered towards every owner’s unique situation. Just to name a few considerations: How many properties would you like us to manage? How well-designed is each property? Which market is the property located in?
Our main goal is to extract the most revenue potential out of your property. We want you to be fulfilled with the hard-earned investment that you’ve made into your property. We treat every single property as if it was ours.
You, you, and you! Yes, we set up our owners to receive every single penny from every reservation from every platform. We invoice you monthly for our management fee plus any appropriate expense reimbursements we pay on your behalf. It’s that easy!

Having a well-designed property is one of, if not the most critical factor in setting the necessary foundation to achieve the results we all want to see. We include this assessment as part of our free consultation. It doesn’t matter whether your property is entirely bare-bones or already furnished. You can even walk away with all the advice and guidance if you find that we’re not the right fit for each other! We want you to succeed!
Yes! Unlike other cohosts out there, we have nothing to hide. We have an easy-to-use owner’s portal where you log in, see the full calendar, and pull financial reports.
Yes! It’s super important to know how your property is performing. You should be curious about every single aspect of your business. We have a structured monthly report that we send out to all of our owners, and we love to ask what other curiosities you may have that you want to be shown. We should be able to provide that.
Yes! With the owner portal, you have complete control over which dates you’d like to have blocked for your personal use. We highly recommend our owners to plan their stay ahead of time in case a guest snatches up those dates. Once it’s reserved, we cannot remove the guest as that’s lousy hospitality and highly penalized across all the platforms we list on.
In today’s world, if you cannot keep up with the fast pace of technology, you will be out-competed or lag behind. Although we have a robust tech stack we stand by based on our experience, we’re constantly trying out new tools that can help streamline our operations. We even go as far as to offer tech stack coaching services to self-managing hosts out there!
We also help implement the right technology inside your property to ensure we provide our guests with the best experience possible: smart door locks, security cameras, thermostats, and TVs, to name a few.
Yes! We have a mix of properties that are and aren’t pet-friendly. We know how to manage both. As an owner, you have full reigns to decide whether you’d like your property to be pet-friendly or not. In some markets, you’ll see no actual difference in revenue with pets, whereas, in other markets, there may be a significant bump upwards. We will do this market research for you and provide the details so you can easily make the best well-informed decision.
Just as with any other business out there, it doesn’t matter if you have the most amazing product there is to offer. Without the right marketing, you will not be successful. We do all digital marketing in-house. It’s complimentary to our service and is actually one of the ways we distinguish ourselves from other cohosts. We do email marketing, social media marketing, and facebook/instagram ads (if our owners are willing to set aside a budget for it).
