Our family had an amazing stay! We found the perfect balance between quality family time and exploring all that Hochatown has to offer. Everything we wanted to do was just a quick 3–10 minute drive away, which made getting around incredibly convenient.Kenny checked in with us several times throughout our stay and was always quick to respond to any questions or requests. His communication and hospitality made the experience even better.We would absolutely return to Broken Bow, and when we do, we’d be happy to stay at Waffle Ridge again!

Clean hot-tub, good parking. The BBQ and gas fire pit worked with no issues. Low stress, great trip.

This cabin was exactly as pictured, clean, cozy, and well-maintained. One of the best things about the location is that it's within about 30 minutes of all the major attractions, including Dollywood, Anakeesta, Rocky Top Mountain Coaster, Alpine Coaster, and WildSide.Our kids absolutely loved the hot tub, and seeing a bear walking along the road during one of our drives was an amazing and memorable experience! The cabin was also well-equipped with all the cookware and utensils we needed to prepare our meals.The internet worked perfectly throughout our stay, and my wife and I even enjoyed watching Netflix during our downtime. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would love to come back and stay here again during the fall season.

We loved our stay here. I have used VRBO for years and I can honestly say Kenny, the host, provided the best communication of any of the others I have stayed with. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. Our dog lived the large fenced backyard. The property backs up to a National Forest and we got to see lots of deer, chipmunks and birds, which our dog also loved. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and peaceful. There is a great walking path through the development that we used each morning. We love that Sisters has no fireworks during the 4th of July and visit here each year to give our dog some peace and quiet. We will definitely be booking this property again. Thanks, Kenny for making our stay so comfortable!

Amazing place! The views are absolutely incredible and the house is perfect. Kenny is super responsive and such a joy to communicate with- always going above and beyond. The house was beautiful and had so many little extras that really made it feel like home. We will definitely book this place again if we visit this area.

Awesome place, Kenny was very commutative & let us know about some stains that had been left behind from past guests, but said he was having them cleaned. Super nice, and a really really great place to stay!! Thank you!

Great location, clean and just what i needed

Great place!

We had a wonderful stay. The house had plenty of room, was very clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The view was absolutely incredible and made every morning and evening special. The host was very responsive and friendly.
